National Board

Zetterströms Rostfria AB is authorized to apply the ”NB” mark and register boilers, pressure vessels, or other pressure retaining items with the National Board in accordance with its provisions and limited to items manufactured in accordance with U-Stamp and M-Stamp.

ASME U-Stamp

The U-code certificate accredits Zetterströms Rostfria AB as authorized to use the U-Code of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for manufacture of pressure vessels at Zetterströms Rostfria AB in Molkom in accordance with the applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The use of the U-Symbol and the authority granted by this Certificate of Authorization are subject to the provisions of the agreement set forth in the application. Any construction stamped with this symbol shall have been built strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

ASME M-Stamp

The M-Code certificate accredits Zetterströms Rostfria AB as authorized to use the M-code of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for manufacture and assembly of miniature boilers at Zetterströms Rostfria AB in Molkom in accordance with the applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The use of the Code symbol and the authority granted by this Certificate of Authorization are subject to the provisions of the agreement set forth in the application. Any construction stamped with this symbol shall have been built strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

ASME UM-Stamp

The UM-Code certificate accredits Zetterströms Rostfria AB as authorized to use the UM-code of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for manufacture and assembly of miniature pressure vessels at Zetterströms Rostfria AB in Molkom in accordance with the applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The use of the Code symbol and the authority granted by this Certificate of Authorization are subject to the provisions of the agreement set forth in the application. Any construction stamped with this symbol shall have been built strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Due to the UM-stamp, Zetterströms Rostfria AB also have its own Certified Individual (CI), allowed to perform code-related activities in relation to the UM-scope.

ASME R-Stamp

Zetterströms Rostfria AB is authorized to use the R Symbol in accordance with the provisions of the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) and NB-415, Accreditation of "R" Repair Organizations.
We can perform metallic repairs and alterations in our own workshop.

ISO9001:2015

Quality Management system applicable to design and manufacture of stainless steel pressure vessels, WFI stills, pure steam generators and heat exchangers for pharmaceutical and process industries.

PED Modul H

In accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999, UK Statutory Instrument 1999 No. 2001 and SI 2002 No. 1267 certify that the Quality Management System of Zetterströms Rostfria AB in Molkom has been assessed against the requirements of Annex III, Module H of the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 and conforms to the requirements for design and manufacture ot stainless steel pressure vessels, WFI stills, pure steam generators and heat exchangers for pharmaceutical and process industries.

China Manufacture License TS2200B25-2025

Zetterströms have been audited and approved for manufacturing of Pressure Vessels within the scope: Pressure Vessels A (Exception for carbon steel material). Manufacture License of Special Equipment: People’s Repupblic of China. No.; TS2200B25-2025. First licence was issued 2009.

ISO 3834-2:2005

Zetterströms is approved and certified for ISO 3834-2 and has a well adopted welding quality system accoring to the standard requirments. Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials – Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements

EN 1090-2:2018 (EXC 3)

Zetterströms is approved and certified for manufacturing according to EN1090-2:2018 EXC 3.
